Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 small can clams, drained (save juice)
- 3 small envelopes gelatin (unflavored)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 small cans shrimp, drained
Method
- Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
- Finely chop drained shrimp and drained clams.
- Add all other ingredients, except gelatin, to creamed mixture.
- Mix gelatin with clam juice, then add to other ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
