Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small can clams, drained (save juice)
  • 3 small envelopes gelatin (unflavored)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 small cans shrimp, drained

Method

  • Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
  • Finely chop drained shrimp and drained clams.
  • Add all other ingredients, except gelatin, to creamed mixture.
  • Mix gelatin with clam juice, then add to other ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
