Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. powdered nonfat milk
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. gelatin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/4 c. Sugar Twin
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Dissolve milk in cup of water and scald.
- Soak gelatin in cold water.
- Combine scalded milk, gelatin and sugar.
- Stir and chill in refrigerator until it jells.
- Beat mixture until it acquires consistency of whipped cream.
- Add vanilla; beat again.
