Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can frozen shrimp soup or Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 bottle dehydrated onion chips
  • 2 Tbsp. cumin seed
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic chips
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. canned green chilies, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp, cut into pieces

Method

  • Place all ingredients, except shrimp, into top of double boiler.
  • When cheeses are melted and mixture is well blended, add shrimp.
  • Serve with large Fritos.
  • Freezes well.
  • Makes a lot.
