Ingredients

  • 1 c. salad roni
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 (7 oz.) can shrimp, tuna or crab
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. grated hot pepper cheese (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions

Method

  • Cook macaroni according to package and rinse in cold water and drain.
  • Place in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayo, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Add to macaroni and mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients except for green onions and tomatoes.
  • Toss gently.
  • Chill for 2 or 3 hours.
  • Add tomatoes and onions for garnish and serve.
