Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef short ribs
- 1 pkg. mild taco seasoning mix
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice or vegetable juice cocktail
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Trim fat from meat.
- Sprinkle with seasoning mix.
- Brown in skillet.
- Add remaining seasoning mix, juice and water; stir well. Cover tightly; simmer for 1 hour, or until tender.
- Makes 2 servings.
