Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 4 dill pickles, shredded
- salt and pepper
- 6 oz. peas
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Cook chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Cook potatoes with skins on; cool, then peel.
- Shred eggs, potatoes and pickles.
- Mix all ingredients together and add a little lemon juice.
- Put mixture into pita bread halves.
