Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. sliced cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef with onions and flour in skillet.
- Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, salt and pepper.
- Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Top with cheese and biscuits.
- Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
- Makes 6 servings.
