Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
Method
- Mix yeast in warm water first.
- Put into dry ingredients.
- Mix gently.
- Turn onto floured board and shape into rolls.
- Let rise about 45 minutes if possible.
- (It doesn't take long for these to rise, just depends on the temperature.) Bake for about 12 minutes at 425°.
- Makes about a dozen.
