Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour

Method

  • Mix yeast in warm water first.
  • Put into dry ingredients.
  • Mix gently.
  • Turn onto floured board and shape into rolls.
  • Let rise about 45 minutes if possible.
  • (It doesn't take long for these to rise, just depends on the temperature.) Bake for about 12 minutes at 425°.
  • Makes about a dozen.
