Ingredients
- 6 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Melting cheese (to taste)
- 2 cm Yuzu pepper paste (from a pre-grated tube) or 1/2 teaspoon
Method
- Clean the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise and yuzu pepper paste.
- Add melting cheese and mix some more.
- Upturn the mushrooms and spread the mixture from Step 2.
- Bake in an oven until they're baked and it's done!
