Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Sakura shrimp - tiny dried shrimp
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce (if you'd like)
Method
- Wash the broccoli, chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Put in a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of sake.
- Cover the pan and simmer-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Remove the lid and heat over a medium heat.
- If there's still a lot of liquid, cook some off.
- Add the sakura shrimp and stir-fry.
- Add some soy sauce if you'd like.
- Enjoy!
