Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small chopped onion
- 8 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 qt. water
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 can small peas
- flour and water to thicken
- 8 to 10 c. mashed potatoes
Method
- In a large pot brown ground beef and add onions until soft. Add water and bouillon cubes.
- Add carrots; cook until carrots are tender.
- Add peas.
- Thicken with flour and water.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Spoon mashed potatoes on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
