Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. peeled, grated, ginger root
- 4 skinned, boned, chicken breast halves
- vegetable cooking spray
Method
- Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, place chicken into mix to marinate.
- Grill or bake 15 to 20 minutes until done.
