Ingredients
- 2 12 cups red potatoes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 12 cups smoked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped parsley
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup plain yogurt
Method
- Fry potatoes in butter.
- Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients.
