Ingredients
- 3 c. sliced 1/4-inch thick new potatoes
- 1/2 c. canned or bottled chicken gravy
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
- dash of pepper
- 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
Method
- Arrange potatoes in an even layer in a microwave-safe dish. Stir together gravy, milk, poultry seasoning and pepper.
- Pour evenly over potatoes.
- Cover and cook on 100% power (High) for 8 or 9 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir gently and sprinkle with bacon before serving.
- Makes 4 servings.
