Ingredients

  • 3 c. sliced 1/4-inch thick new potatoes
  • 1/2 c. canned or bottled chicken gravy
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Method

  • Arrange potatoes in an even layer in a microwave-safe dish. Stir together gravy, milk, poultry seasoning and pepper.
  • Pour evenly over potatoes.
  • Cover and cook on 100% power (High) for 8 or 9 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Stir gently and sprinkle with bacon before serving.
  • Makes 4 servings.
