Ingredients
- 1 lb. unpeeled potatoes, washed
- 1 Tbsp. and 1 tsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Cut potatoes crosswise in thin slices. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place potatoes on pan.
- In a small bowl, combine rest of the ingredients.
- Spread evenly over potatoes.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
- Makes 4 servings with 160 calories and 4 grams fat.
