- one fourth pound unsalted butter room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- FILLING
- store bought vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla (optional)
- FROSTING
- 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
Method
- preheat oven to 350
- for 20 mins or until done on the inside
- cream butter and sugar in electric mixer add in eggs one at a time add vanilla
- FILLING
- stir milk and pudding mix together add vanilla
- FROSTING
- mix chocolate chips and heavy cream in a pan on the oven
