Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. crab delight
- 6 oz. fettuccine, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (fresh)
Method
- Melt butter, stir in flour.
- Gradually add half and half, stir until thickened and add Parmesan.
- Cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab, heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss fettuccine with sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
