Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 4 tsps. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1/4 cup jam, jelly or preserves
- 2 cups red or green grapes
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
Method
- Cook egg substitute in nonstick pan coated with cooking spray.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Divide evenly among 4 plates.
- Spread each slice of toast with 1/4 of the margarine and 1/2 Tbsp.
- jelly; serve alongside eggs.
- Complement each egg meal with 1/2 cup grapes.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with their breakfast.
