Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cream butter and sugar, then add beaten eggs.
- Sift flour and baking powder together.
- Mix well; add nuts.
- Will be a stiff batter.
- Chill in refrigerator for awhile or overnight.
