Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 8 oz. (1 container) sour cream
Method
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt butter.
- Combine butter with biscuit mix and sour cream.
- Pour batter into muffin pans.
- Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Immediately remove from pan.
- Makes 12 muffins.
