Ingredients
- 6 slices boneless pork loins, sliced thin
- 2 c. flour
- salt and pepper
- oil
Method
- Pound the pork loins until they are thin.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper.
- Roll pork loins in flour until coated good on both sides. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain and serve.
- Serves 3 to 6.
