Ingredients

  • 1 large Chicken thigh meat
  • 1 tbsp *Lemon juice (or vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp *Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp *Honey
  • 2 tbsp *Grated onion

Method

  • Score the chicken and season with sake, salt and pepper (not listed), and rub in the seasonings.
  • Combine the seasonings listed * together.
  • Heat a frying pan and brown the meat well.
  • When it's cooked through, add in the combined sauce from Step 2 and saute until the sauce has coated the chicken, and it's done
