Ingredients
- 1 large Chicken thigh meat
- 1 tbsp *Lemon juice (or vinegar)
- 1 tbsp *Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp *Honey
- 2 tbsp *Grated onion
Method
- Score the chicken and season with sake, salt and pepper (not listed), and rub in the seasonings.
- Combine the seasonings listed * together.
- Heat a frying pan and brown the meat well.
- When it's cooked through, add in the combined sauce from Step 2 and saute until the sauce has coated the chicken, and it's done
