Ingredients

  • spring roll pastry
  • chinese cabbage
  • carrots
  • onions Fresh or dry
  • garlic Fresh or Powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ginger
  • sweet and sour sauce
  • vegetable oil for frying

Method

  • -Prepare the filling by shredding the cabbage, grating the carrots, adding the ingredients and mixing well. -At this point, you may cook the filling or leave it raw. I just did not cook it, it was soft enough to fill. -Wrap the spring roll squares in a cigar shape around the filling -When you are done with the filling, heat up the oil, fry the Spring Rolls, this should take couple of minutes until golden color.
  • Set aside on paper towel to drain the extra oil. Serve hot with any dipping sauce of your choice.
