Ingredients
- 1 lb. regular long-grain rice
- 3 cans beef consomme soup
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 bunches green onion, sliced
Method
- Brown 1 pound rice in 1/4 pound margarine.
- Add 3 cans beef consomme, 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, salt, curry powder and green onions.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour at 350°, then use as stuffing for turkey or bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes or until done.
