Ingredients
- 6 c. thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. chopped, cooked ham
- 1 (14 1/2 or 16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Lightly grease slow cooker.
- Layer half of each ingredient in the order listed.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and cook on high setting for 1 hour.
- Reduce to low setting. Cook 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
