Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. coconut
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Add all ingredients except coconut and mix well. Stir in coconut and pour into baked pie shell.
- Bake at 350° until firm to the touch and nicely browned.
