Ingredients
- 3 to 4 sliced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 slices ham (1/4-inch thick)
- 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Layer potatoes, onion and ham (do not cut up) in a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Blend together oleo, flour, salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add milk, stirring until smooth.
- Pour over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
