Ingredients
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Cream sugar and shortening together.
- Add vanilla.
- Add flour and eggs.
- (I mix in eggs with mixer and flour by hand.)
- Knead dough.
- Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter or something smaller. (Use lots of flour on counter, hands, rolling pin and dough itself.)
- Bake at 350° to 400° for 10 minutes.
