Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container vanilla pudding
- 1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
- 1 frozen loaf pound cake (10 3/4 oz.)
Method
- Finely shred enough orange peel to make 1 tablespoon.
- Set aside.
- Remove and discard the remaining peel.
- Section oranges. Set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together vanilla pudding and orange liqueur.
- Cut the pound cake into 12 slices.
- Place 2 slices on each of 6 individual dessert plates.
- Top each serving with some orange sections and pudding-liqueur mixture.
- Sprinkle with reserved orange peel.
- Makes 6 servings.
