Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container vanilla pudding
  • 1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
  • 1 frozen loaf pound cake (10 3/4 oz.)

Method

  • Finely shred enough orange peel to make 1 tablespoon.
  • Set aside.
  • Remove and discard the remaining peel.
  • Section oranges. Set aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl, stir together vanilla pudding and orange liqueur.
  • Cut the pound cake into 12 slices.
  • Place 2 slices on each of 6 individual dessert plates.
  • Top each serving with some orange sections and pudding-liqueur mixture.
  • Sprinkle with reserved orange peel.
  • Makes 6 servings.
