- 2 (14 oz.) bottles ketchup
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
- 1/3 c. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. steak sauce
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- minced or crushed garlic
Method
- Mix all ingredients except garlic together; about an hour before using, add garlic.
- Makes 6 pints.
- Can be frozen.
