Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz.) bottles ketchup
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
  • 1/3 c. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. steak sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • minced or crushed garlic

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except garlic together; about an hour before using, add garlic.
  • Makes 6 pints.
  • Can be frozen.
