Ingredients

  • 4 c. peeled, sliced carrots
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • herb flavored bread stuffing mixed with some butter

Method

  • Cook
  • carrots
  • in
  • salt water.
  • Drain.
  • Meanwhile, cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.
  • Stir in soup, salt, pepper, cheese and carrots.
  • Place
  • in
  • greased 2 quart casserole.
  • Toss bread stuffing
  • with
  • melted butter and spoon over top of carrots. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
