- 4 c. peeled, sliced carrots
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- herb flavored bread stuffing mixed with some butter
Method
- Cook
- carrots
- in
- salt water.
- Drain.
- Meanwhile, cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.
- Stir in soup, salt, pepper, cheese and carrots.
- Place
- in
- greased 2 quart casserole.
- Toss bread stuffing
- with
- melted butter and spoon over top of carrots. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
