Ingredients
- 60 crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1 qt. butter pecan ice cream
- 1 container Cool Whip
Method
- Mix crackers with melted oleo.
- Put 1/2 in 9 x 12-inch pan. Beat pudding with milk for 2 minutes, then mix ice cream with pudding.
- Pour over crumbs.
- Spread Cool Whip over the top.
- Top with the other 1/2 of crumbs.
- Serves 16.
