Ingredients

  • 500 grams pasta
  • 1/2 onion, chopped as small as possible
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 250 ml Heinz tomato ketchup
  • 100 ml cooking oil, not olive oil
  • 125 ml white spirit vinegar
  • 200 ml white sugar
  • 10 ml curry powder, medium hot
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Boil pasta and cool in cold water, then strain
  • Mix together the remainder of the ingrediends
  • Mix with pasta
  • Leave in fridge over night.
  • You have to leave it over night to get the flavour right.
