Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- liquid from asparagus
- 1 can asparagus, drained
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Method
- Put asparagus, eggs and sauce in baking dish in layers.
- Top with cheese, bread crumbs and dots of butter.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
