Ingredients

  • 1 large fillet Striped Bass
  • 1/2 large red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbl garlic butter
  • Rub:
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbl brown mustard
  • 2 tbl mayonaisse
  • 1/4 chopped chives

Method

  • Wash the fish. Make a rub of sea salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder and rub the fish well. Place the fillet in a large piece of aluminum foil and add red onion, bell pepper and garlic butter. Make a packet out of foil and cook on the grill until fish flakes.
  • Serve topped with onion and pepper...sauce on the side.
