- 1 large fillet Striped Bass
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- 1/2 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbl garlic butter
- Rub:
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbl brown mustard
- 2 tbl mayonaisse
- 1/4 chopped chives
Method
- Wash the fish. Make a rub of sea salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder and rub the fish well. Place the fillet in a large piece of aluminum foil and add red onion, bell pepper and garlic butter. Make a packet out of foil and cook on the grill until fish flakes.
- Serve topped with onion and pepper...sauce on the side.
