Ingredients
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chopped fine nuts
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 sticks butter or oleo
Method
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add flour, vanilla and nuts.
- Form into small balls in hands.
- Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 40 to 45 minutes in a 300° oven.
- Cookies will not be brown on top when done.
- Roll in confectioners sugar when cooled a little. Makes about 3 dozen.
