Ingredients
- 1 lb. Hillshire farm sausage, cut into chunks
- 3/4 c. rice (instant)
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Brown sausage in buttered frypan.
- Add rice, soup and water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in frozen peas and mushrooms.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
