Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 to 10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1 lb. noodles (wide)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk

Method

  • Saute onion, celery and fresh mushrooms in butter until slightly soft.
  • Add tuna, mushroom soup and enough milk to make thick and creamy.
  • Boil noodles to desired tenderness.
  • Mix tuna mixture with drained noodles and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips or sliced cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
