Ingredients
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 to 10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 lb. noodles (wide)
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Saute onion, celery and fresh mushrooms in butter until slightly soft.
- Add tuna, mushroom soup and enough milk to make thick and creamy.
- Boil noodles to desired tenderness.
- Mix tuna mixture with drained noodles and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips or sliced cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
