Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1 small green sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. macaroni (uncooked)
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Add tomatoes, green pepper, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
