Ingredients
- 8 oz. cheese (mild Cheddar)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
- 1/4 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 pie crusts, unbaked
Method
- Crumble
- sausage
- into a
- skillet and cook until done. Place sausage
- into the pie shells, then add all the remaining ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour this mixture over the
- sausage
- in
- pie shells. Bake in oven at 325° until golden brown (meats may vary).
