Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. rice
  • 2 cans tomato juice
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. hamburg
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 hot pepper

Method

  • Brown the rice in a little butter, then put 2 cans tomato juice until rice is cooked. Simmer over low heat while you cook the hamburg and onions. After cooked, add the tomatoes and pepper. Put the rice on a plate, then add the hamburg mix. Eat with tortillas.
