Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peas, blanched
- 1 cup frozen fava beans, blanched and skins removed
- 7 oz feta cheese, broken into pieces
- 1 cup mint leaves, shredded
- 2 None lemons, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 None eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except butter and oil, in a large bowl.
- Heat butter and oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook 1/4-cup amounts of batter until golden on both sides.
- Season to taste. Serve hot with a salad.
