Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot pork sausage
  • 1 can Ro-Tel diced green chiles and tomatoes
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Method

  • Fry sausage until crumbled in little pieces. Drain. Melt cream cheese and tomatoes and chiles together in a frying pan. Then add cooked sausage and stir together well. When ready to serve, put in crock-pot to keep warm or warm in microwave. May add a little water when reheating, if needed. Serve with Tostitos chips or Ritz crackers.
