Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Method
- Brown sausage lightly; drain.
- Saute onion, garlic, celery and green pepper in sausage drippings.
- Mix all ingredients in casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
