Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. chopped yellow onions
- 4 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Melt margarine in a large saucepan.
- Stir in onions.
- Cook, covered, over medium heat until done.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; and if you want, a dash of pepper.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Serves 3 to 4.
