Ingredients
- 2 cans French-style green beans, drained
- 1 large can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
Method
- Mash drained artichokes and place in a medium casserole.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
- Serves 6.
