Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 3/4 cup melted butter, no substitute
Method
- Sprinkle ingredients in a 9-13 pan in order listed.
- DO NOT MIX.
- Bake at 325 for 25 min or til rhubarb is tender.
- Serve with whipped topping.
