Ingredients
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place fish fillets or raw shrimp in a bowl and cover with marinade.
- Let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Place shrimp or fish in a broiling pan 5 to 6 inches from the heat.
- Broil until done and occasionally baste with marinade.
