Ingredients
- 3 c. buttermilk baking mix
- 1 lb. pork sausage (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix well; shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven on unbuttered baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
- Yields approximately 6 dozen.
