Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. fat drippings
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
Method
- In a large skillet, mix chicken drippings (fat) with flour. Let cook until it bubbles.
- Add milk, stirring while you add it so it will not lump.
- Stir well to blend.
- Add salt and sprinkle with pepper.
- Cook and stir until mixture is smooth and thick.
